DIACEL is a highly pure cellulose filter aid that is virtually non-
abrasive. It is used where a filter element or septum is wearing prematurely
by the action of other filter media. DIACEL is biodegradable and easy to dispose.
Its advantages include its high purity, lack of crystalline silica, low wet
density, chemical neutrality, inertness to most solvents and alkalis. In adhesive applications, long open
time and improved adhesion strength. It combusts with virtually no ash and provides
increased volumetric coverage.
GENICEL pellets are made from TECHNOCEL fibres and SASOBIT asphalt modifier.
GENICEL is used as a stabilising additive in Stone Mastic Asphalt and heavy
duty binder courses. The addition of GENICEL leads to reduction of rutting and
improved durability of asphalt, improved compaction and reduction in mixing
and laying temperatures.
QUALICEL dietary vegetable fibres are so inert that they can be added
to foods and beverages without changing the taste of the product. They have
varied applications in foodstuffs including anti-caking agent, improved water
balance, calorie reduction, fibre enrichment, controlled water and fat uptake
in fried foods and carrier for flavours.
SANACEL is a powdered cellulose, specifically designed and milled for
the same applications as QUALICEL.
TECHNOCEL fibres are available in two forms, highly pure alpha cellulose
and mineral modified cellulose. The pulp is processed to provide a particle
sixe of 30 - 5000 microns. TECHNOCEL is used in a wide range of applications
providing thixotropic control, cracking inhibition, shrinkage control and setting
timer control.
TOPCEL is pelletised TECHNOCEL 1004 fibres. It is the preferred additive
for modern SMA road building technology, and other industrial applications.
It has been developed to provide problem free, safe dosing of fibre to to drum
mixing plants, equaling the performance of loose fibre. |
